Observation

0145(11) - The gate that leads out of the outdoor area is not self-closing/self-latching. 0145(4) - The outdoor play space does not currently have items that promote throwing, pedaling, pushing, kicking, climbing. 0145(6) - A portion of the fence in the outdoor space is a temporary "construction" fence with plastic material that can be easily pushed over. On the other side of this barrier is the unlicensed side and back yard and an electrical pole.
